The Role
Veeva is looking for a People Analytics Specialist to support our global Talent Attraction team. This role will report to the Director of Employee Success Operations and act as the subject-matter expert on our talent attraction tech stack, integrations, data, and reporting. This is a high visibility role that will help Veeva to attract the best talent to apply and support Veeva leadership to make data-driven hiring decisions.
This is a remote, full-time permanent role with Veeva. Veeva Systems does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B, OPT) for this employment position.
What You’ll Do
- Strategically partner with stakeholders across Employee Success to understand the nuances of how to answer business questions with data. Work within an intense, team-first, challenging environment.
- Own the architecture of the talent attraction data pipeline, engineering the extraction, transformation, and modeling of base data from a variety of sources.
- Transform analytical findings into compelling, easy-to-digest narratives and visuals (dashboards, presentations, etc.) that influence hiring strategy and drive action.
- Challenge assumptions and uncover key insights using a variety of mathematical and statistical techniques, such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and various other methods of predictive analytics.
- Provide expertise on the impact of configuration on data, driving excellence and high quality data standards across the Talent Attraction tech stack (ATS, HRIS, etc.).
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical analytics experience in a people or marketing analytics position.
- Proficient in at least one programming language used for data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python) and a BI tool (Sigma, Tableau, Domo, Google Data Studio)
- Strong communicator who is able to convey complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- A strong desire to work within an intense, challenging, and team-first environment that prioritizes agility and continuous improvement.

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $125,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
