Our targeted starting base salary in the United States for this position ranges from $83,000- $117,000. To determine a new team member's starting pay, we consider a variety of factors, including someone's depth, breadth, and variety of experience, skills, and responsibilities. Depending on the role, team members may also be eligible to participate in additional compensation plans such as bonus and commission.

Position Over View:
- Establish and evolve a V1 of key people analytics dashboards (attrition, headcount reporting, etc.)
- Design, build, and maintain new data visualizations to answer strategic business questions.
- Partner with business leaders to project manage analytics driven workflows
Proactively identify - Translate data insights into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for executives and stakeholders.
- Design and analyze experiments to measure the impact of people programs.
Manage analytics as a product: define roadmap, prioritize features, and measure adoption and impact. - Advise on how people data is collected, stored, integrated, and maintained to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity.

- Empower the people team to make better, faster decisions through data.
- Build trusted dashboards and analyses that leaders can use to shape their strategy.
- Streamline and automate manual reporting processes.
- Deliver proactive insights that anticipate business needs, not just respond to them.
- Strong curiosity to connect people related data points in a strategic way.
We're Excited to meet you:
- Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or business intelligence, ideally within a high-growth or complex organization
- Strong technical skills in analytics tools (Mode, Tableau, PowerBI) and data manipulation (SQL, Excel, Python)
- Experience automating, reporting and building scalable people dashboards
Demonstrated ability to perform complex analyses and communicate findings in a clear, business focused way - Project management skills with experience leading cross functional initiatives
Strong understanding of key HR metrics and data governance best practices
