ASC PDC Strategic Sales Manager - upstream responsibility for Stryker Communications, Endoscopy, Sports Medicine and ASC businesses by developing, coordinating and executing sales efforts and strategies to meet sales objectives with sales leaders and key customers. As part of the PDC SSM team, this role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy at the national level. This role will develop, implement and enhance analytical tools in the form of ASC new build data and salesforce data; They will provide training, resource support and upstream foundational information as necessary to support national level sales and efforts with key customers.  Engages Sales Representatives and Management to facilitate and drive coordination 2 – 5 years out.  Actively seeks and facilitates new-build opportunities, has interfaces with high-level customers and leads C-Suite interactions.

Success in this role will require an in-depth knowledge of the Comm BU product portfolio, internal and external relationship management, clear communication skills, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders representing all areas of the business.

·       Drive new-build ASC pipeline activity and execution

·       Support Comm, Endo, SM, and ASC RMs in the field through presentations, customer meetings, and deal strategy

·       Influence key stakeholders around the site-of-care movement and articulate the power of Comm and ASC to 1A targets

·       Advance sales enablement by increasing ASC and site-of-care awareness, strategy, and execution across Comm, Endo, and SM

·       Provide oversight and value engineering support to improve deal quality and increase win rates

·       Identify, develop and maintain effective internal and external business relationships; ensure key contacts are maintained throughout the sales process and post-sale activities

·       Work closely with cross-divisional branches to drive collaboration and improve return on investment for Stryker

·       Support cross-divisional leaders and managers in business opportunities.

·       Collect and analyze upstream market information to optimize sales strategies

·       Partner with Marketing to identify and develop custom solutions for key targets

·       Educate and train sales leadership and representatives on an ongoing basis

·       Must be capable of working at executive levels internally and externally to grow relationships, identify opportunities and maximize partnerships

·       Host, attend and participate in meetings (i.e. National Sales, Mid Year meetings, Sales Enablement training meetings, site visits, regional / area customer meetings.).

Manage budget and expenses

·       B.B.A. or B.S. in business or related curriculum.

·       Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

·       Excellent analytical skills.

·       Excellent organizational skills.

·       Preferred experience within Stryker Communications

·       5+ of related experience required

 

Travel Percentage: 50%
