Job Description:

The Opportunity: Contribute To The Growth Of Your Career. 

  • Respond accurately, promptly, and effectively to all forms of associate and former associate communication, including phone calls, emails, and service desk tickets. 

  • Resolve difficult and sensitive issues in an objective and timely manner, using problem solving and negotiation skills 

  • Multitask in a fast-paced environment while receiving a high volume of inbound/outbound calls but still providing excellent customer service 

  • Assist with the processing of adjustments to weekly payroll for stores, home office and distribution center associates.  Review to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Support stores, DC’s, and 300+ home office payroll administrators with questions and concerns with associate pay. 

  • Assist with adjusting associate data for paid time off, shift differential hours, union payments, bonus, credit union contributions, etc.  

  • Assist with the processing of inbound files for 401k, shift differentials, new stores, benefits and DC incentive pay.  

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets 

  • Special projects/duties as assigned 

Who We Are Looking For: You.  

  • 6 months to 1 year prior office or payroll experience preferred 

  • Workday experience preferred 

  • Ability to provide quality customer service to a variety of contacts, via verbal and written communication 

  • Good decision-making skills (i.e. ability to decide based on a mixture of analysis, experience, and judgment); ability to escalate issues in a timely manner 

  • Good attention to detail (i.e. inquiring, reviewing, auditing, and entering data on a PC) 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Solid organizational and follow through skills 

  • Ability to work well in a high-volume production environment as part of a team 

  • Ability to Multitask and time management skills 

  • Excel experience needed 

  • ADP experience a plus

This position has a starting pay range of $19.40 to $24.75 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
