About the Job
Capco is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join the fast-paced, high-volume Human Resources Operations Shared Services Center based in Orlando, FL supporting North and South America. The HR Shared Services team provides support to all Capco offices and is responsible for carrying out a wide range of HR services and processes, including payroll, onboarding, offboarding, mobility, background screening, contractor administration, leave management, immigration support, compliance and audit support, reporting, and benefit administration. This person will work within the shared services team to support payroll operations with accuracy and efficiency across U.S. and Canadian employees.
What You’ll Get to Do
- Manage and maintain payroll system updates to ensure accurate employee data and compliance.
- Coordinate with HR to process employee changes, including new hires, terminations, and compensation adjustments.
- Process special payments such as bonuses, retroactive pay, and other payroll adjustments.
- Generate and distribute payroll reports to internal stakeholders as needed.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with accuracy and professionalism.
- Support compliance with payroll regulations across multiple U.S. states and Canadian provinces.
- Collaborate with other HR team members and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of payroll services.
What You’ll Bring With You
- 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing, with multi-state U.S. payroll and Canadian payroll exposure.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail in reviewing and validating payroll data.
- Hands-on experience with ADP and CloudPay payroll software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
