Job Summary & Responsibilities
The Payroll Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager in the Finance Department. This role is responsible for assisting in the bi-weekly payroll process in an efficient and accurate manner. This role will also serve as a liaison for the third-party payroll system. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, possess excellent organizational skills, and operate accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Maintain Payroll email.
• Ensure employee data is up to date in third party payroll system.
• Assist in the processing of bi-weekly payroll for approximately 1,700 employees.
• Assist in processing special payrolls as needed (i.e. bonuses, terminations, severances, etc.)
• Ensure that time sheets are completed and approved by supervisors prior to running payroll.
• Maintain team member confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
• Serve as first line of support for employee-related questions.
• Generate and run payroll related reports for internal stakeholders as needed.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships both internal and external to the firm.
• Operate efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

• Proactive and analytical, able to problem-solve and propose solutions.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to completion.
• Prior experience working with ADP (Lyric) is preferred.

• Infrequent Travel
• Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work overtime.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
