As a Product Manager within the EMEA Digital Product team, you play an integral role in innovating new product offerings, leading market expansion for digital products, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. Leveraging your deep understanding of Payments and Digital Channels, you guide the successful introduction of products in new markets (e.g., Turkey), gather essential feedback, and collaborate with functional partners and key stakeholders to drive the Digital Agenda.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for core digital solutions, including Access Online, Host-to-Host, APIs, Fintech partnerships, integrations, and new product development.
- Drive market expansion from a digital perspective by collaborating with global product teams, regional payments teams, and technology teams across digital and payments.
- Oversee complex product development and migration initiatives using JIRA and other tools
- Collaborate with product management leads throughout the product development lifecycle, acting as the voice of the client; support concept design, feature development, and preparation for product launch and client change management as needed.
- Engage with internal product partners to understand the impacts of changes related to digital channel products, including new processes, tools, communications, and training.
- Drive commercialisation or new and enhancements of Digital products
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in product development, management, product delivery, or a similar role.
- Technical knowledge and experience with digital channel products such as internet, Host-to-Host, SWIFT, and mobile channels.
- Understanding of cash management services and products, including collections, payments, account structures, and liquidity management.
- Comprehensive technical expertise in ISO 20022 and SWIFT standards within payments and cash management domains.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP functions (AP, AR, and Treasury) and Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
- Proven ability to deliver quality results in a high-pressure, rapidly changing environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to evolving directives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize, set vision and strategy, establish direction, and balance delivery across various time horizons.
