Become part of a dynamic team leading innovation in treasury and payments, overseeing comprehensive delivery processes, coordinating dependencies, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
As a Client Solutions Senior Associate within the Payments Advisory Delivery team, you will support content and sales enablement initiatives across Latin America and globally. You will work closely with the Vice President and broader advisory, sales, marketing, and research teams to help deliver high-quality materials, insights, and tools that drive commercial impact and client engagement.
Job responsibilities
  • Support the development, organization, and distribution of content and materials that enable sales and advisory teams.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal and client-facing deliverables aligned to strategic advisory themes.
  • Help manage content libraries and internal platforms, ensuring materials are current, consistent, and accessible.
  • Coordinate logistics and support for internal enablement sessions, client forums, and advisory events.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Analytics team to transform insights into digestible content and visual materials.
  • Partner with the LATAM Coverage Advisory team to tailor content and support client engagement across the region.
  • Assist with internal communication activities such as newsletters, updates, and knowledge-sharing efforts.
  • Monitor usage of content and tools, track feedback, and identify areas for improvement in delivery.
  • Support feedback collection from sales and coverage teams through surveys and debriefs, contributing to continuous refinement.
  • Contribute to project tracking, reporting, and overall content governance processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, consulting, or payments, with exposure to content development, strategy, or enablement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working in or supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with content management or tracking tools
  • A proactive mindset, with a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic advisory environment.
