We are looking for an Operations Specialist to join our Operations Payins team, who will ensure our operations run smoothly and all processes are efficient and effective, and that we have the best local integrations we are capable of. Plus, the capacity for business analysis and finding new business opportunities.

What will you be doing?

  • Formulating business strategies in terms of Structures, Costs, and Business capabilities for each of the countries we operate.
  • Implementing efficient processes and looking for new opportunities.
  • Overseeing the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization.
  • Managing relations and negotiations with partners and local acquirers.
  • Evaluating risk and leading quality assurance efforts.
  • Analyzing performance results and optimizing accordingly.
  • Understanding Dlocal operations in order to detect and prevent operational and system/technical problems and suggest operational improvements with strategic thinking.
  • Working closely with the rest of the company to make their life easier, by providing the information they may need, such as transactions information, feedback from our local providers, and analysis of the current issues that may be affecting our clients and our local processes (audit, back office, etc).

What skills do you need?

  • Someone open to constant change in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment, a self-starter, and open to working across time zones with teams all over the world.
  • Solid experience in banking, financial services, the payment industry, fintech, acquirers, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting.
  • Knowledge of SQL required.
  • Familiarity with all business functions including legal, finance, product, and IT.
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Curious profile and positive attitude.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and projects at the same time.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Team spirit.
