As a Parts & Sales Representative, you will be responsible for taking on all sales responsibilities from generating leads to closing sales. Meet or exceed sales goals for your Area of Responsibility (AOR), and exceeding customer expectations.

Compensation:
Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The salary rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's experience. In addition to the salary range identified herein, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive/commission target of $0.01.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Portray a welcoming and positive image
- Deliver excellent customer service that ensures ongoing sales and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product and / or repair to solve the customer's problem
- Develop and cultivate strong buying relationships with customers
- Utilize available training resources to stay up to date on product features
- Work closely with Parts and Service Operations Supervisors when putting quotes together for customers
- Maintain regular cadence of communication with Trailer Sales Representative who covers the same AOR
- Maintain and update CRM system with customer visit schedule, and opportunity status
- Utilize Sales Comparison Report to identify sales opportunities
- Meet or exceed established Parts & Service Sales Goals
- Other duties when requested by Parts & Service Sales Director
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years' experience in a related field; a master's degree and 1 year of experience; or a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Sales preferred
- Previous experience in the following areas: sales, negotiations, marketing, and problem resolution.
- Proven track record in achieving sales quotas
- Ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion with minimal supervision.
- Experience with Microsoft Applications and Karmak Fusion software a plus
