About Us

Nourish is on a mission to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. Nutrition-related chronic disease is the largest and most overlooked crisis in the world. Food can be medicine: working with a Registered Dietitian is one of the most effective interventions available, but <1% of eligible Americans use their covered benefits.

Nourish is building an AI-native, patient-friendly healthcare system centered on nutrition that improves outcomes, lowers costs, and helps people live healthier, longer lives. We launched three years ago, are live in all 50 states, and already have thousands of dietitians and hundreds of thousands of patients on the platform.

We are growing quickly, have partnered with national health insurance companies and provider groups, and have raised $115M from top-tier VCs including JP Morgan Growth Equity, Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, Box Group, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove Venture Partners. Our angel investors include world-class healthcare founders from Oscar, Rightway Health, Headway, Spring Health, and Alto Pharmacy, as well as soccer star Alex Morgan and the founders from Olipop and Notion.

About the Role

As a Partnerships Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll be the architect behind our fastest-growing revenue channel, designing and implementing the systems that will help us scale to $100M+ in partnership revenue. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you'll build the foundation for our go-to-market strategy and execution—from designing the operating model to building infrastructure that drives growth.

As a key strategic voice on the leadership team, you'll help shape where we take the partnerships function next, using data-driven insights to identify new opportunities and unlock additional growth vectors. This is a unique opportunity to combine big-picture strategy with hands-on execution at a rapidly scaling startup that's transforming healthcare.

If you're energized by the challenge of building something from the ground up and want to play a pivotal role in scaling a category-defining company, we want to meet you.
This role is full-time and open to NYC-based candidates only (expectation to work in-person 3-4 days per week, with some remote flexibility). Our office is in the heart of Union Square.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth strategy & partnerships excellence: Lead strategic planning, develop go-to-market frameworks, and identify new opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Design team goals & supporting architecture: Own the strategy behind quotas, incentives, territories, and lead tiering/routing — then bring them to life in our tools and workflows.
  • Lead hiring strategy & operations: Partner with Talent Acquisition to define hiring needs, build a high-velocity TA process, and ensure we’re building a high-performing, high-retention team.
  • Own the systems that power productivity: Streamline workflows, reduce low-leverage work, and manage the tech stack to ensure the team has the tools they need to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Quarterback high-impact special projects: Identify and own high-impact strategic initiatives, end-to-end, collaborating across cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, etc.) to drive meaningful results.
We’d love to hear from you if:
  • You have 4+ years of experience, ideally combining time in consulting, banking, or investing and strategy, operations, or product roles at a high-growth startup.
  • You’re a first-principles thinker who loves breaking down ambiguous problems and designing solutions tailored to the business context.
  • You’re a systems-minded problem solver who enjoys untangling messy workflows and turning them into scalable, tech-enabled systems.
  • You’re highly analytical, comfortable building analyses from scratch and cutting data to tell a clear story. You focus on the 80/20 — identifying what matters most and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive impact.
  • You’re a strong communicator and project manager, able to distill complex ideas, keep cross-functional efforts on track, and ensure no ball gets dropped.
  • You’re a self-starter who is comfortable operating in ambiguity, has a willingness to plug in wherever needed, and has a strong sense of ownership

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
