We partner with school and system leaders to strengthen teaching and learning through the strategic use of assessments, coaching, and tools that drive meaningful results. Individuals who join ANet become part of a dynamic, mission-driven, and collaborative organization focused on making a lasting impact in schools. We are committed to supporting one another and growing together as a team.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Reporting to the Deputy Chief of Staff, Implementation Success, the Partnership Operations Generalist will strengthen execution, coordination, and follow-through for ANet’s largest and most complex partnerships.

This role will support ANet’s team of client leads who manage relationships with ANet’s partners and are responsible for securing partnership renewals and expansions. The Generalist will work behind the scenes to ensure that client leads’ priorities, scopes of work, renewal milestones, and partner commitments are translated into clear plans, aligned execution, and reliable follow-through. This role owns the project management backbone of high-stakes partnerships: creating structure, visibility, and accountability across complex, cross-functional work.

TRAVEL

Up to 2 trips per year for ANet meetings, and up to 2-3 trips per year for partner meetings.

Design and manage systems that support effective partnership project management

  • Translate partnership priorities, scopes of work, renewal milestones, and commitments into clear project plans with defined deliverables, owners, deadlines, and dependencies
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment across workstreams; surface concerns early with proposed solutions
  • Maintain visibility into renewal and expansion readiness by tracking key deliverables, surfacing risks, and ensuring internal data systems accurately reflect progress on service delivery and renewal milestones

Coordinate across cross-functional teams in service of strong partnership delivery

  • Coordinate across internal teams (e.g., Design, Insights, Product, Finance, Sales) to support smooth execution of partner work
  • Support teammates staffed to large and complex partnerships to fulfill partner-specific requirements to visit schools, and track completion to ensure smooth partnership launches
  • Manage sequencing and logistics for complex initiatives such as launches, expansions, renewals, and transitions
  • Ensure project teams have clarity on roles, responsibilities, handoffs, and decision-making authority across internal collaborators
  • Track interdependencies across teams and proactively resolve conflicts or gaps

Enable effective internal and partner-facing meetings through preparation and follow-through

  • Support client leads with preparation for high-stakes partner meetings by developing agendas, timelines, and partner-facing materials
  • Develop a plan for and manage partnership teams towards delivering insights to partners on a regular cadence
  • Support internal partnership team meetings by capturing decisions, documenting action steps, and managing follow up to maintain shared accountability
  • Maintain high-quality internal documentation that supports continuity, transparency, and operational clarity
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on deliverables and next steps following meetings

Codify best practices and drive continuous improvement in our approach to partnership planning

  • Identify patterns across partnerships to inform improvements to tools, templates, and internal systems
  • Contribute to the development of standard project management practices for high-revenue partnerships
