Description

Silverfort is a cyber-security company that develops a revolutionary identity protection platform. Using patented technology, our product enables strong authentication across entire corporate networks and cloud environments, without any modifications to endpoints and servers. In addition, we use advanced behavior analytics to apply adaptive authentication policies and prevent cyber-attacks in real time.

Our mission is to provide industry-leading unified identity protection solutions for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. We develop cutting-edge cybersecurity technology that solves urgent customer needs today and is also a game changer for years to come.

Silverfort’s team includes exceptional researchers, engineers, and technology experts who successfully tackle some of the most complex challenges in cyber-security. Silverfort has happy customers worldwide, strong market validation (including several industry awards), strategic partnerships with the largest security vendors in the world, and significant funding from leading VCs.

Silverfort is expanding our ecosystem across cyber insurers, brokers, MGAs, and incident response (IR) firms. You will own GTM and commercial execution with this community: curate joint offerings with carriers and IR providers, enable brokers and risk advisory teams, and drive pipeline and ARR through programs, trainings, and co-marketing. Expect hands-on engagement with underwriters, brokers, risk managers, claims managers, and CISOs—the personas our internal playbooks highlight for insurance motions.

Responsibilities

Build & scale the insurance + IR partner ecosystem

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage focus partners; run joint business plans and QBRs (modeled on channel best practices and roles).
  • Structure predefined packages for carriers/IR partners (modules, configs, baseline rule sets) and delivery models. (Mirrors internal insurance play language and GTM elements.)
  • Maintain existing insurance & IR partnerships
  • Work cross-functionally with Channel Marketing, SEs, Sales, Legal, PR, Customer Success to run partner plans and content.

Program & enablement

  • Launch broker trainingswebinars, and industry-specific campaigns with marketing; drive partner certifications and readiness with SEs.
  • Create concise collateral (one-pagers/white papers/case studies) and orchestrate partner communications.
  • Train & enable IR partners to embed Silverfort in their toolkit

Pipeline & revenue

  • Run co-sell plays with field sales; align opportunity sharing and POC support; measure contribution from focus partners.
  • Build repeatable insurance-led motions (assessment → IR posture uplift → identity controls) mapped to the pain points of underwriters, brokers, risk managers, and claims.
  • Work with our customer success team on upsell & cross sell opportunities for clients needing support on insurance / IR

Partner success & delivery

  • Define ROE with Customer Success and Support for services delivered with/through partners; ensure renewals alignment where partners provide managed services.

Market development

  • Maintain a high-quality network among IR leaders and cyber-insurance stakeholders; translate market/claims insights into product feedback and field plays.
  • Align insurance messaging to identity-security narrative (RAP, MFA everywhere, identity segmentation, ITDR)

Requirements
  • Experience in Incident Response / DFIR leadership, OR Cyber insurance carrier/broker cyber risk advisory / underwriting / claims experience, OR Risk expert from MGA/carrier with cyber focus
  • Network: Established contacts across IR firms, carriers, brokers, and cyber advisory in the US.
  • Technical fluency: Comfortable discussing identity-centric attack chains (e.g., credential misuse, lateral movement) and how MFA, identity segmentation, ITDR mitigate risk—consistent with Silverfort messaging.
  • GTM skill set: Partner recruitment, enablement, co-marketing, pipeline management, and QBRs with executive stakeholders.
  • Execution: Proven ability to launch programs (trainings, webinars, roadshows) and hit contribution targets with focus partners.
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with carrier risk questionnaires/controls (e.g., MFA, segmentation, IR testing) and cyber-insurance market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel 30% of the time

Preference for someone based in the East Coast or Central time zones
