About the Role

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to build and scale our partner enablement program from the ground up. This is a net new role in a high-growth start-up, requiring a unique mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will design, implement and follow a partner framework that enables our partners to effectively onboard, manage, and grow customer relationships and ultimately drive measurable success for our shared customers.

You will establish processes, metrics, and engagement models, while developing deep relationships with executives, delivery teams, and operational leaders at partner organizations. The ideal candidate is scrappy, data-driven, and process-oriented, yet equally comfortable thinking big-picture to create a scalable, repeatable partner success model.

If this sounds like you, let’s talk!

What You Will Do

  • Build the Partner Success Enablement Program from the ground up - including processes, playbooks, certification and enablement resources that empower partners to manage the customer lifecycle directly

  • Train and onboard new partners and ensure ongoing training to help partners stay current with updates and enhancements to products or services

  • Establish partner success metrics (adoption, retention, revenue impact) and implement tracking, reporting, and review processes

  • Serve as a key liaison for partner delivery teams to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment on shared initiatives

  • Plan and deliver regular partner enablement sessions, workshops, webinars, and certification programs

  • Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks

  • Standardize and update documentation related to partners

  • Design and implement onboarding and training programs for new partners to accelerate time-to-value for shared customers

  • Conduct regular business reviews to measure performance, identify opportunities, and address challenges

  • Foster relationships with key partner stakeholders - from executives to sales reps - to drive engagement and alignment on shared goals

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and support to ensure partners are equipped with the right tools, content, and product knowledge

  • Serve as the Voice of the Partner, internally, advocating for partner needs and influencing program improvements and product roadmap

  • Build feedback mechanisms to continuously evolve success frameworks based on partner insights

  • Continuously refine processes and best practices to improve partner engagement and scalability

  • Own governance processes for program changes and cross-functional alignment to deliver a consistent, high-quality partner experience

  • Build forecasting models of Partner ARR

What You Must Have

  • 5+ years experience in Partner Success, Channel Management, Customer Success, or a related role in B2B SaaS or technology

  • Proven experience building programs from scratch in a start-up or high-growth environment

  • Understanding of partner business models, go-to-market motions, and revenue drivers

  • Demonstrated ability to create processes, metrics, and scalable enablement frameworks

Customer & Partner Management Skills

  • Strong relationship-building skills across executive, sales, and operational levels

  • Strategic program design and operational execution capabilities

  • Data-driven approach with the ability to define, track, and analyze partner success metrics

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

  • High adaptability in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment

  • Ability to think both strategically and tactically

  • Comfortable shifting between big-picture vision and detailed execution

  • Self-starter mindset with curiosity and resourcefulness to figure things out independently
