What You’ll Need- Minimum of 5 years of mid-level account management experience, or equivalent background in complex sales, or 1 plus years of people management.

The Partnership Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and managing the performance of our partner relationships. This role involves cultivating and expanding partnerships nationwide, with a focus on agents. The Partnership Success Manager will develop strategic business initiatives, address partner challenges using Opendoor products, and work with senior leadership both internally and externally to drive partnership adoption and success. This position requires regular performance management meetings, troubleshooting complex transactions, delivering exceptional partner service, and developing innovative growth strategies. The working schedule is typically Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend communication as required.
What You’ll Do- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Opendoor partnership offerings, including Agent Access, Agent Lead Offer, List with Opendoor, Seller Denials, External Listings, Builder, Brookdale, and future partnerships, as well as the operational processes associated with these offerings.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on internal processes for Opendoor partnership offerings, proactively identify areas for process improvement, and drive the implementation of these improvements.
- Foster strong partner relationships through regular reporting and communication.
- Establish and enforce performance management metrics for all partners across all partnership offerings.
- Collaborate with Leadership to develop scalable agent performance management strategies and tactics to improve conversion rates.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, pricing, and operations leadership to identify and implement innovative approaches to deepen Opendoor partnerships.
- Engage with senior internal and external leaders to analyze partnerships, identify gaps, and pursue growth opportunities.
- Expand and maintain existing partnerships within the assigned territory.
- Lead presentations to large groups of external partners, discussing performance, partnership benefits, and utilization.
- Independently manage and resolve complex transactional and seller issues.
- Educate and update partner agents on utilizing Opendoor as a tool to enhance their business.
- Utilize business acumen to analyze and present the health of partnerships to senior leadership.
- Current Active Real Estate License.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The U.S. pay range for this position in most locations is $91,200 - $129,000 annually. In the SF Bay Area of California, Seattle, and New York City Metro area the base salary range is $114,400 - $143,000. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
