We are currently seeking an experienced and resilient (Senior) Partner Success Manager. This unique role focuses on managing partner relationships, particularly those engaged in complex projects involving their clients. If you have a stellar career history in partner management and project oversight across high-stakes environments, coupled with expertise in RISE with SAP, S/4HANA transformations and Enterprise Architecture Management, we would be interested to hear from you.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Manage strong relationships with partner project teams using SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio, focussing on continuous improvement on processes and It Landscape
- Focussing on partner project teams using SAP LeanIX and SAP Signavio in different scenarios e.g. S/4Hana transformations, ensuring they adhere to established best practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with SAP LeanIX's and SAP Signavio's partner management, sales, customer success, marketing, and product development teams to align strategies that optimize partner success.
- Bring expertise in RISE with SAP, S/4HANA transformations, Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture Management to drive value for partner and customers.
- Effectively multi-task and navigate high-complexity, high-stake environments to ensure timely, successful project deliverables.
- Ensure partner renewals and iIdentify expansion opportunities within partner projects
- Track, analyze, and report on key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, with a Master's Degree being a plus.
- A minimum of 7-10 years of solid experience in partner management, project management, or related roles.
- Proven resilience in managing partners and steering projects of high complexity.
- Expertise in Business Process Management and Enterprise Architecture Management, RISE with SAP, S/4HANA transformations being a plus.
- Excellent communications skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport swiftly.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with the ability to come up with innovative solutions.
- Experience with partner relationship management software is preferable
- Ability to negotiate in multiple languages in EMEA or US is a plus: Fluent in English for all territories; for some territories fluent in additional languages are a must: German and English. Any other European languages are a plus.
