As our new Strategic Partner Sales Manager - ANZ you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Atlassian's growth across ANZ. You will be joining a newly formed collaborative Partner Sales Team across APAC and EMEA, reporting to the Head of International Partner Sales. You'll help shape our culture, share ideas, and drive our global partner ecosystem, ensuring every voice is valued.

Qualifications
Your background
- A background within top-tier SaaS vendors or major cloud providers, with proven ability to drive results in ANZ.
- Extensive direct enterprise sales experience, including quota-carrying, pipeline creation, and deal management - combined with partner ecosystem knowledge and a track record of driving results.
- Experienced in working with, or enabling, Global and Strategic System Integrators (GSIs / SIs), ideally within the ANZ market or similar enterprise environments, with a strong understanding of their operating models and influence within the enterprise technology landscape.
- Partner account experience in complex, quota-driven co-sell environments.
