Position Overview

Sylogist is looking for a Partner Sales Executive to join our team!

The Partner Sales Executive is responsible for driving growth of SylogistGov ERP by building and managing relationships within Sylogist’s partner ecosystem. This role focuses on enabling partners to source and close new local government opportunities, expand market reach, and increase adoption of SylogistGov ERP across small and mid-sized municipalities.

SylogistGov ERP is a strategic growth area for Sylogist, delivering modern ERP solutions to local governments across North America. The Partner Sales Executive will play a critical role in scaling adoption of SylogistGov ERP by activating and enabling partners to generate new opportunities and expand into new municipalities. The Partner Sales Executive will carry an ARR quota specifically tied to SylogistGov ERP and will be measured on both partner-sourced and partner-attached deals. This position requires strong collaboration with internal sales, partner management, and solution teams to ensure partners are equipped and motivated to sell SylogistGov ERP successfully.

 

Responsibilities Include
  • Achieve ARR sales quotas tied to partner-sourced and partner-attached SylogistGov ERP opportunities.

  • Work with partners to identify and pursue new municipal accounts.

  • Manage pipeline and forecast opportunities accurately in CRM.

  • Develop relationships with key partner contacts (sales, technical, and leadership) to drive alignment on SylogistGov ERP opportunities.

  • Conduct enablement sessions to ensure partners can effectively position and demonstrate the value of SylogistGov ERP.

  • Collaborate on joint account planning and go-to-market campaigns focused on local government ERP.

  • Work with partners to introduce SylogistGov ERP into new municipalities, while also positioning add-on modules and functionality.

  • Support cross-selling into existing municipal customers through partner channels.

  • Partner closely with Business Development to convert partner-sourced leads into qualified opportunities.

  • Coordinate with Solution Engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations for local government prospects.

  • Work with Partner Management to onboard new partners and track performance against targets.


What We Look for in YouMust-Haves
  • 3+ years of sales, channel, or partner management experience in ERP or public sector software.

  • Familiarity with local government needs and procurement processes.

  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas with or through partners.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Haves
  • 5+ years management responsibility.

  • Experience in the Microsoft partner ecosystem.
