The Partner Sales Enablement Specialist accelerates partner adoption of technology products, develops marketing campaigns, and maintains partner relationships to drive revenue growth.

The Partner Sales Enablement Specialist will assist in accelerating partner adoption of new and enhanced commerce technology products and solutions to drive revenue growth indirectly via channel sales efforts; and will work collaboratively with partners on joint marketing activation, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement initiatives. The ideal candidate will use their experience, creativity, and leverage technology to identify solutions, create content, assist multiple early adopter programs, and communicate cross-functionally. We are searching for a candidate with experience in a SaaS company with a passion and tenacity for collateral reaction, product enablement, and storytelling.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining results-driven relationships with key partners, driving demand and adoption of FreedomPay's product(s) through partners
- Lead joint co-marketing efforts with primary partners such as Acquirers and ISV’s
- Develop and drive partner lead-gen campaigns, press releases, social posts etc to strengthen relations with key partners (ISOs, Acquirers and ISVs) where appropriate worldwide
- Drive the integration of our partner marketing strategy and activities into go-to-market plans through close collaboration
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders through organization, verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Lead program creation including collaboration with digital, e-marketing and commercial marketing managers as well as third party agencies when needed.
- Strong project management, relationship management, and critical thinking skills
- Develop and iterate self-service marketing resources for commercial partner managers, external business partners to drive FreedomPay product adoption
- Act as the primary marketing contact for external partners and FreedomPay's partnership leadership team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- 2-4 years in marketing. B2B marketing experience is required. Partner Marketing or Sales Enablement is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. You are a self-starting and self-motivated contributor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to travel 20%
- Proficiency in all aspects of Microsoft Office, advanced in PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
