Our Professional Services organization is growing, and we are looking for a Partner Project Manager (PPM) to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in scaling monday.com's service delivery operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that our service partners deliver high-quality services to clients and contribute to successful customer outcomes. You will build and nurture relationships with partners’ delivery teams, including implementation consultants, business analysts, developers, and practice leads.
As our demand for PS implementation and consultancy is growing, we need to build and maintain a strong, diverse and healthy service partner portfolio to support this growing demand, taking into account various monday.com products, industries, and vertical expertise. You’ll be working with our client-facing teams and partners on various PS projects and will be responsible for their success while tracking and monitoring the projects and measuring key project metrics.
To succeed in this role, you should bring strong project management skills, a passion for partnerships and relationship building, and the ability to mitigate risks associated with large-scale implementations and services. You should also have the product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor to our partners. Effective communication with clients and partners is essential to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.

- 3+ Years as a Professional Services consultant / technical project manager, preferably in a global SaaS company with cloud-based products
- Experience delivering complex professional services solutions with high quality, both internally and externally (via partners)
- Project management skills and experience with PS lifecycle methodologies for technical and non-technical projects
- Experience with PS project scoping and estimations
- Proven experience in delivering technical training and workshops with excellent feedback.
- Experience in partnerships and working with service partners, an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-centric mentality, can-do approach, works well under pressure, and a high sense of ownership.
Please note this a hybrid role working 3 days/week in our NYC office.

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $116,000–$135,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
