Lime is looking for a Partner Program Manager to support Lime’s growth and operational scaling across Europe through a mix of commercial execution, strategic planning, and analytical problem-solving. This role focuses on driving internal workstreams that unlock launches, improve commercial processes, and evaluate new growth opportunities—working closely with cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Product/Engineering, Operations, Insurance, CX) to deliver measurable outcomes. This role ensures contracts and commercial initiatives move quickly and accurately through approvals and handoffs, enabling smooth launches through clear readiness requirements and strong cross-team coordination. By developing high-quality business cases, it helps prioritize, pilot, and scale the right initiatives for Lime. This role will have a key focus on clarity, structure, analytical rigor, and consistent execution.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates residing in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
What You'll Do:
Own end-to-end commercial execution and internal deal operations, driving contracts through alignment, approvals, signature, and handoff to delivery teams.
Coordinate contract updates, amendments, renewals, and terminations, ensuring documentation quality, compliance, and cross-functional input.
Maintain clear trackers, dashboards, and documentation to ensure visibility, accountability, and on-time execution.
Enable smooth launches by ensuring commercial readiness requirements are complete and effectively transitioned to technical and operational teams.
Triage and resolve post-launch commercial issues (e.g., invoicing discrepancies, scope alignment) in partnership with Finance and operations teams.
Improve and standardize onboarding and handoff processes to reduce friction and accelerate delivery.
Support strategy development for adjacent growth initiatives that expand access, improve unit economics, and unlock new operational models.
Conduct structured opportunity assessments, including market sizing, operational feasibility, risk identification, and pilot design.
Define success metrics and support pilot execution planning with regional and central stakeholders.
Build robust business and financial models to evaluate pricing, ROI, scenarios, and new initiative performance.
Analyze operational and commercial data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and generate actionable recommendations.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and process improvements, maintaining scalable templates, playbooks, and governance frameworks.
About You:
Experience in business development operations, commercial strategy, business operations, consulting, or similar roles.
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and prioritize high-impact work.
Advanced analytical skills: comfort working with datasets and translating analysis into decisions.
Strong business modeling and financial modeling capability (ROI, unit economics, scenario/sensitivity analysis).
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management; able to drive progress without formal authority.
Strong written communication and documentation skills (clear specs, decision memos, trackers, process docs).
Experience supporting integration-related launches or operational rollouts involving multiple internal teams.
Familiarity with mobility, marketplaces, or tech-enabled operations.
Experience improving contract/onboarding processes and operationalizing cross-team requirements.
