Partner Program Coordinator
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Mark43 is looking for a thoughtful and organized Partner Program Coordinator to join our Education & Enablement team. This is a junior-level role, great for someone early in their career or exploring a shift into tech. If you're someone who takes pride in getting the details right, enjoys helping others succeed, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team, we’d love to meet you.
In this role, you’ll help support our Delivery Partner Enablement Program by organizing training sessions, managing partner access to internal tools, and making sure every interaction runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to create experiences that are clear, efficient, and well-supported. Your work will directly impact how our delivery partners serve first responders and the communities that rely on them.
What You Will Work On
- Coordinate and schedule partner training sessions, ensuring each one is organized and well-executed.
- Manage access to Mark43 systems, keeping everything up to date and making sure partners are set up for success.
- Track partner activity and support daily operations in tooling and enablement portals.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to align on partner needs and communicate clearly around priorities.
- Run surveys and gather feedback after trainings, helping the team improve and adjust over time.
- Support process updates and documentation to make our partner program more efficient and scalable.

- Great organization and attention to detail, especially when juggling tasks or tracking information.
- Comfort using spreadsheets, digital tools, and systems to keep things moving.
- A thoughtful, proactive approach to work. You look for ways to improve and follow through on ideas.

- Previous experience in coordination, education, customer support, or project-based work is helpful but not required.
