Why this role?

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Alliance Partner Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our Cloud and Technology Alliance Partner Program (TAPP). In this pivotal role, you will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and the partner ecosystem.

You will own the marketing relationships with our top-tier strategic partners—specifically AWS, GCP, our Top 3 TAPP partners, and our Top 4 AI partners. Your primary mission is to build and execute joint Go-to-Market (GTM) programs that empower our reseller channel to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

What you'll do:

Strategic GTM Planning:

  • Hyperscaler & AI Strategy: Develop and execute full GTM plans for top-tier alliances, including AWS, GCP, and leading AI technology partners.

  • Pipeline Generation: Design programs specifically aimed at growing partner-sourced pipeline and revenue through Cloud Marketplaces and Channel Resellers.

  • Global Alignment: Collaborate with global team members to ensure regional nuances are captured in global joint GTM strategies.

Program & Content Development ("The Partner Menu")

  • Build the "Menu": Create a comprehensive portfolio of joint value propositions, campaigns, and "campaign-in-a-box" assets that resellers can easily leverage to take our joint solutions to market.

  • Marketplace Optimization: Drive marketing initiatives that increase traffic and conversion within cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace).

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with product marketing to produce joint websites, case studies, solution briefs, and webinars that highlight the combined value of our technology and our alliance partners.

Engagement & Events:

  • Industry Presence: Lead partnership engagement strategy for major industry events (e.g., AWS re:Invent, Google Cloud Next) and partner-specific summits.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary marketing liaison for our Top 3 TAPP and Top 4 AI partners, fostering strong relationships with their marketing counterparts.

Analysis & Optimization:

  • Metrics: Track, measure, and report on the performance of partner marketing programs, utilizing data to optimize spend and strategy for maximum ROI.

  • Budget Management: Manage MDF (Market Development Funds) and joint marketing budgets effectively.

What you bring:
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a minimum of 1 years dedicated to Alliance Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Partner Marketing in the SaaS/Tech space.

  • Cloud Ecosystem Expertise: Proven experience working with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP) and understanding their co-sell motions and marketplace dynamics.

  • Channel Fluency: Experience building marketing programs specifically for resellers and distributors (Alliance-to-Channel motions).

  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with the current AI landscape and experience marketing AI-driven solutions is highly desirable.

  • Event Management: Demonstrated success in managing partner presence at large-scale industry trade shows.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to translate complex technical integrations into clear business value.
