THE ROLE

This role will be the primary marketing point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners, focused on cultivating strong relationships and driving growth. The ideal candidate is equal parts relationship-builder and strategist, with a deep understanding of sales and marketing within the CPG space.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the main liaison for brand partners, maintaining and expanding relationships to maximize value for both partners and Thrive Market.
  • Negotiate with partners to secure annual marketing and promotional support. 
  • Develop and execute custom marketing and promotional plans leveraging our full suite of marketing offerings across email, blog, social, and more.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to brand partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and creative teams to deliver flawless execution.
  • Manage multiple high-profile projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, category management, trade marketing or account management, prior CPG or retail experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital and content marketing tactics and measurement.
  • Strong understanding of retail economics, including margin, trade spend, and promotional ROI
  • Proven ability to manage and grow relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable interfacing with external partners and internal leadership.
  • Results-oriented with a data-driven mindset.

JOB INFORMATION
  • Compensation Description - The base salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $100,000.00/Per Year.
  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
  • Total Compensation includes Base Salary, Stock Options, Health & Wellness Benefits, Flexible PTO, and more!
  • This position requires traveling to our HQ office in Los Angeles, California, twice a year for all-company summits; once in the summer and once in the winter.
