The Partner Marketing Manager will develop strategic frameworks for partner ecosystems, design marketing programs, create enablement materials, and orchestrate co-marketing initiatives to drive pipeline growth with key partners like Snowflake.
The biggest hurdle to AI success is not technology or ambition, but data you can trust. Most organizations struggle to power AI initiatives with messy, siloed data that is growing at an unprecedented rate and manual effort that can’t possibly manage it. Facing board mandates for AI-driven transformation, C-suite leaders cite data issues as their biggest challenge.
So how do you get data AI-ready? Yesterday’s reactive, resource-heavy data management tools and processes won’t work anymore.
Ataccama’s agentic platform offers an intelligent, fast, and scalable approach that gives the modern AI enterprise all of the capabilities they need to trust their data. The Ataccama ONE AI Agent autonomously identifies and helps you fix data quality issues at the source, offering unified AI-assisted execution across:
- Data quality and observability: Ensure data is accurate, complete, and consistent, no matter where it resides and flows.
- Lineage: Understand data origin and flow, crucial for confidently feeding AI models and agents.
- RDM: Achieve faster standardization and stewardship with an AI agent.
- The Data Trust Index: Get a real-time view of data reliability to successfully implement the medallion architecture. Benefit from the Ataccama MCP Server as a proprietary safeguard to ensure external agents operate on governed, verified data.
With Ataccama, you can trust your data and fuel your AI.
The Role
As the first Partner Marketing Manager at Ataccama, you will be responsible for building the strategic frameworks that leverage our partner ecosystem to drive hyper-growth. Our partners are a critical "Big Bet" in that journey. You will have the autonomy to shape this function and the opportunity to work with an AI-powered, human-led team that values a “candid and caring” and "challenging fun" culture.
Reporting directly to the VP, Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will design and execute "to, through, and with" marketing programs for our most critical alliances, including Snowflake, System Integrators (SIs), and technology providers.
You will create the joint value propositions, scalable enablement materials, and compelling marketing campaigns that drive joint Ataccama + Snowflake pipeline and make it a no-brainer for SIs to build dedicated Ataccama practices.
Your Challenge
- Framework Development: Build and operationalize the "to, through, and with" partner marketing frameworks for Ataccama.
- Strategic Alliances (Snowflake): Execute full-funnel "better together" campaigns with Snowflake, moving known Snowflake customers into our pipeline by leveraging joint activities and proprietary Ataccama content.
- SI Practice Adoption: Create scalable enablement materials and co-marketing campaigns that underscore the ROI for SIs to grow their dedicated Ataccama practices.
- Vertical Alignment: Partner with the Growth Marketing team to align partner activities with our Financial Services vertical strategy, targeting joint sweet spots with defined SIs.
- Partner Enablement & Brand: Launch and drive adoption of a centralized service or hub, providing partners with co-branded visual identities, guidelines, and ready-to-use templates for joint campaigns.
- Joint Demand Generation: Orchestrate co-marketing programs (webinars, events, content) that generate high-quality partner leads and sourced/influenced pipeline.
Is This You?
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B partner marketing, specifically working with System Integrators (SIs) and cloud ecosystems like Snowflake.
- Strategic Builder: Experience building partner marketing functions or programs from the ground up, with the ability to define KPIs for partner engagement, enablement, and sourced revenue.
- Narrative Ownership: Ability to articulate complex technical value propositions (e.g., Agentic Data Trust, AI-readiness) in a way that resonates with both partner sales teams and end-customers.
- Collaborative Mindset: A "one team" approach, working seamlessly across Sales, Product, and the broader Marketing team to ensure partner success is shared.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in measuring and optimizing partner program ROI, including tracking MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and joint pipeline value.
- Industry Experience: Data management / data quality industry experience preferred but not required.
At Ataccama, our core values are Candid & Caring, so we are upfront about our process and details that are important to you. We sometimes use AI tools to help us with things like reviewing applications, taking notes from screening conversations, scheduling interviews, or supporting assessments. These tools make the process smoother and fairer — but don’t worry, they never make the final decision. Every hiring decision is made by our Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, with AI only acting as a helpful assistant. We believe technology should support the process, not replace the human touch. We currently use AI-assisted tools - Metaview for interview notes and Lever Talent Fit to help highlight key experience.
