The Role

The BeyondTrust Partner Marketing Manager will be an integral part of our Partner Marketing team, supporting the Americas region. Reporting to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing, this role will focus on executing partner marketing campaigns, fostering partner engagement, and driving alignment between BeyondTrust’s strategic technology alliances, national partners, and regional field marketing teams. This position requires a hands-on approach, excellent project management skills, and a collaborative mindset.

What You’ll Do

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate and execute partner marketing campaigns at the national and regional levels, ensuring alignment with BeyondTrust’s overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and promotional materials tailored to partner needs.
  • Support marketing efforts for strategic technology alliances and national partners, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

Partner Engagement

  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for strategic partners, cultivating strong relationships and understanding their marketing needs.
  • Work closely with partners to plan and execute joint initiatives that drive mutual success.
  • Align with Field and Partner Marketing Managers to support regional marketing activities and ensure seamless collaboration.

Content Development

  • Develop and adapt marketing content, collateral, and assets for partner use, adhering to brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
  • Ensure the creation of compelling materials that resonate with target audiences and drive partner engagement.

Performance Analysis

  • Track and analyze the performance of partner marketing campaigns using key metrics and reporting tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing future campaigns.

Project Management

  • Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned partner marketing projects.
  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align on marketing objectives.
  • Provide regular updates to the Director of Field & Partner Marketing regarding project progress, challenges, and achievements.

Budget Oversight

  • Assist in managing budget allocations for assigned partner marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor expenses to ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in partner marketing or a related role, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on building collaborative relationships.
  • Proficiency in creating marketing materials and campaign assets.
  • Analytical skills to track and evaluate marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing platforms.
  • Tenacious, resilient, and highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
