Hi there!
We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Partner Manager, VC/PE/Accelerator Partnerships to launch and scale a new category of partnerships at Zapier. This is a highly strategic and revenue-impacting role that will define how Zapier engages with accelerators (like Y Combinator), venture capital and private equity firms, startup programs, and investor ecosystem partners.
You’ll design the end-to-end strategy, own a multi-million dollar revenue target, and drive execution across initiatives that increase customer discovery and adoption within portfolio companies and memberships. This role blends partner management and sales leadership, requiring someone who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and can deliver measurable impact across the startup and enterprise ecosystem.
This is an individual contributor role with a path to growth and people management based on the program's success and growth.
Zapier’s Ecosystems & Channels organization sits at the center of our go-to-market strategy. With 8,000+ partner integrations, our network of Solution Partners, and a rapidly expanding AI ecosystem, we drive impact by enabling partners and opening new growth pathways for Zapier, our partners, and our customers. As a Senior Manager, VC/PE/Accelerator Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for breaking new ground and scaling growth aligned with our top company priorities.
Zapier is the most connected AI orchestration platform for the Enterprise. As the connective tissue for modern AI systems, our platform orchestrates over 8,000 apps, tools, and APIs, enabling companies to deploy AI in powerful, scalable ways without rebuilding their stack. As AI evolves, we need forward-thinking teammates who understand this emerging landscape and can help customers, investors, and partners navigate it.

Engage in high-value in-person relationship building. Travel to and participate in key conferences and investor ecosystem gatherings to strengthen relationships with key partners and drive adoption opportunities when needed.
Champion AI-first approaches. Model the use of AI in pipeline management, opportunity analysis, partner enablement, and team workflows, raising the bar for fluency and adoption across the team.
