Circle is a financial technology company at the epicenter of the emerging internet of money, where value can finally travel like other digital data - globally, nearly instantly and less expensively than legacy settlement systems. This ground-breaking new internet layer opens up previously unimaginable possibilities for payments, commerce and markets that can help raise global economic prosperity and enhance inclusion. Our infrastructure - including USDC, a blockchain-based dollar - helps businesses, institutions and developers harness these breakthroughs and capitalize on this major turning point in the evolution of money and technology.
What you'll be part of:
Circle is committed to visibility and stability in everything we do. As we grow as an organization, we're expanding into some of the world's strongest jurisdictions. Speed and efficiency are motivators for our success and our employees live by our company values : High Integrity, Future Forward, Multistakeholder, Mindful, and Driven by Excellence. We have built a flexible and diverse work environment where new ideas are encouraged and everyone is a stakeholder.
What you'll be responsible for:
Circle is seeking a seasoned Partner Management Director to lead relationship management and growth strategy across our most critical blockchain partnerships. This leader will be responsible for the ongoing success, satisfaction, and expansion of Circle's existing ecosystem partners-including L1s, L2s, and protocol foundations that have adopted native USDC, EURC, or CCTP.
This role will focus on maximizing the long-term value of existing deals - ensuring our partners are well-supported, engaged, and positioned to grow with Circle's platform. However, you will have opportunities to grow into the opportunity to sign new deals. We're looking for a collaborative, high-EQ leader who can own senior relationships, drive complex cross functional coordination. Initially this person will be an IC but the expectation is that they will quickly grow into a people manager and own this vertical.
What you'll work on:
  • Owning and growing Circle's most strategic blockchain partnerships, including L1 and L2 networks, protocol teams, and ecosystem alliances.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all existing partners-ensuring their technical, operational, and strategic needs are supported.
  • Driving renewal, expansion, and partner success motions across multi-year agreements, working cross-functionally with product, marketing, legal, and compliance.
  • Ensuring a seamless post-deal experience by working closely with the BD team on new partner transitions and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing account plans and growth strategies tailored to each partner's ecosystem and USDC usage roadmap.
  • Leading executive business reviews, manage escalations with care, and proactively identify new ways Circle can support each partner's goals.
  • Contributing to partner-facing content, reporting, and executive materials that strengthen our credibility and reinforce strategic alignment.
  • Managing and mentor a growing team of Partner Managers, instilling a culture of ownership, responsiveness, and ecosystem-first thinking.

What you'll bring to Circle:
Core Requirements:
  • 12+ years of professional experience (client facing), ideally with 2-5 years in the crypto/blockchain ecosystem.
  • Proven experience in partner success, enterprise account management, or strategic partner leadership roles within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-year partnerships, renewals, and account expansion strategies.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS sales and post-sales cycles, including QBRs, renewals, and co-marketing strategies.
  • Strong ability to manage C-level relationships while also collaborating with technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience scaling an onchain ecosystems or protocol GTM strategy.
  • Familiarity with builder enablement tools (e.g., grants, dev onboarding, liquidity incentives).
  • Prior startup experience, particularly in early-stage Web3 environments.
  • Deep passion for the stablecoin space and Circle's mission to build open, interoperable financial infrastructure.
  • Experience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite.
