Malbek is seeking a US-based Partner Implementation Enablement Specialist to support partner-led CLM implementations by coordinating projects, enabling technical resources, and ensuring partner readiness. This role helps partners follow Malbek delivery standards and provides the tools, training, product guidance, and governance needed to implement and support Malbek’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.

Job Summary

This individual-contributor role works closely with the Partner Enablement Manager and cross-functional teams to improve partner adoption, implementation consistency, technical readiness, and customer delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Governance & Program Execution

  • Plan, track, and coordinate partner-led implementations, technical readiness activities, and enablement milestones.
  • Manage visibility across action items, risks, issues, dependencies, status updates, and escalation follow-through.
  • Maintain standard program artifacts, including trackers, RAID logs, readiness checklists, and playbook compliance tools.
  • Support reporting, steering committee preparation, readiness reviews, and governance discussions.Own the day-to-day partner oversight process, influencing successful delivery outcomes.

 Partner Enablement & Readiness

  • Support partner onboarding, product training, methodology workshops, certification, and technical enablement.
  • Maintain playbooks, implementation guides, best practices, training content, and enablement artifacts across the partner portal and LMS.
  • Serve as a day-to-day partner contact and gather feedback to improve program structure, training, governance, and resources.

Technical Enablement & Solution Quality

  • Guide partners through Malbek CLM configuration, solution design, customer use cases, and implementation best practices.
  • Review partner configurations for alignment with Malbek standards and customer requirements.
  • Advise on workflow automation, approvals, data migration, integrations, AI-enabled capabilities, QA testing, and adoption-focused configuration.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Legal Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4–5 years in SaaS implementation, project coordination, partner programs, customer success, technical enablement, product training, or delivery operations.
  • Core skills: Experience with implementation plans, trackers, RAID logs, readiness checklists, status reporting, governance meetings, escalations, configuration reviews, and partner enablement activities.
  • Technical aptitude: Ability to learn enterprise software configuration, translate requirements into practical guidance, and troubleshoot functional or technical delivery questions.
  • Preferred exposure: CLM processes, workflow design, SaaS configuration, data migration, integrations, APIs, reporting, AI-enabled capabilities, partner portals, LMS platforms, CRM systems, or partner ecosystems.
  • Communication and work style: Strong documentation, communication, presentation, training, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment; ability to build strong relationships and trust; able to influence without direct authority.
  • Work authorization and travel: Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States. Malbek does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Ability to travel up to 15%, primarily domestic.
