Partner Experience Manager I

OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE — REALIZE YOURS

Alongside the best and the brightest, you will regularly:

  • Act as the trusted advisor to our partners, identifying and removing friction points to ensure a seamless and world-class experience. 

  • Collaborate with Sales (GTM) teams on strategic growth initiatives, supporting business expansion through proactive planning and partnership. 

  • Take swift action to resolve partner issues, maintaining a high standard of service and ensuring partner satisfaction. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service, support, and operational guidance, leveraging expertise across Alegeus. 

  • Deepen your knowledge of the WCA platform and partner businesses, supporting education on software releases and enhancing the partner experience. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Partner Experience Manager, these skills are essential for success:

  • Abilities: Able to manage the customer lifecycle in a fast-paced, highly nuanced environment. Able to effectively communicate with a wide range of audience stakeholders—from C-suite to entry-level contacts to technical analysts. 

  • Experience: 1-3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role within a software, fintech, or healthcare organization. Prior experience with Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) accounts is highly preferred.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or work experience.

  • Location: Hybrid (Boston, MA; Maitland, FL; Milwaukee, WI).
