About the Job:
As a Partner Enablement & Growth Manager at Zone, you’ll empower our partners to succeed by giving them the tools, training, and support to sell and deliver our NetSuite solutions effectively. You’ll act as the bridge between partners and our internal teams — driving collaboration, performance, and shared growth.This role is ideal for someone who’s proactive, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You’ll design impactful enablement programs, turn insights into action, and continuously improve how we engage and grow with our partners.
What You'll Do:
- Facilitate partner workshops, webinars, and enablement events
- Act as a subject matter expert on Zone’s NetSuite applications for partners
- Maintain an understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments
- Ensure partner compliance with contractual and programmatic requirements
- Assist in co-marketing initiatives and campaigns with strategic partners
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to provide visibility into partner activity and performance
- Support resolution of deal-specific challenges, including implementation and technical hurdles
- Contribute to the evolution of partner program strategy and roadmap
- Advocate internally for partner priorities and needs
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with key partners
- Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless experiences for joint customers
- Align partner enablement initiatives with broader sales enablement and product strategies
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, communications, and performance data
- Identify and mentor high-potential partner contacts
- Support special projects related to partner growth and strategic initiatives
- Create and deliver executive-level reporting on partner performance and program effectiveness
- Help define and refine partner tiers, incentives, and recognition programs
- Facilitate knowledge sharing across the partner ecosystem
- Stay current on product enhancements to ensure accurate partner guidance

What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in partner enablement, channel management, customer success, or related partner-facing roles within a B2B SaaS or FinTech organization
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and experience with or knowledge of the NetSuite ecosystem or finance/accounting software
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with partners and internal teams
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience with partner portals, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, remote-first environment
