The Partner Development Manager will spearhead the recruitment of new partners aligning with BizLibrary’s Ideal Partner Profile (IPP). You'll focus on strategic relationships with HCM, Payroll, Enterprise LMS, and global technology partners to drive mutual growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit partners that align with BizLibrary’s Ideal Partner Profile across HCM, Payroll, Enterprise LMS, and global markets.
- Manage full sales cycle from prospect through signed agreement.
- Craft and implement a partner acquisition strategy aligned with company growth goals.
- Build a thriving pipeline via prospecting, networking, and market insight.
- Collaborate on co–go-to-market strategies to drive shared success.
- Foster lasting, trust-based partnerships with a win–win mindset.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams for smooth onboarding and integration.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize partner performance and opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in partnership development, business development, or channel sales
- Experience in LMS/eLearning industry
- Global partner background preferred—experience in international markets and cross-border relationships.
- Strategic sales proficiency with a strong grasp of partner dynamics.
- Proven success building impactful, measurable relationships.
- Excellent communicator and presenter with influence at all levels.
- Self-driven and effective in a remote, fast-paced, growth-oriented setting.
