Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Partner Development Manager to drive growth through strategic alliances, focusing primarily on partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), technology partners, and channel resellers. This role requires an individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and recruit new strategic partners and ISVs aligned with Alohi's growth objectives.
- Manage the full partner lifecycle, from initial outreach, negotiation, and onboarding, to ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer success) to align partnership goals and initiatives.
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies and enablement programs to ensure partner success.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report partnership performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries, ensuring excellent communication and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years of proven experience in partnership development, alliance management, or channel management within the SaaS or Tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with partners.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker, capable of identifying partnership opportunities and delivering clear business impact.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
