ClickHouse is actively seeking a Partner Development Manager AMER. In this role you will play a pivotal role in building and managing our AMER channel across system integrators, resellers, MSPs and OEMs and drive co-sell with the hyperscalers. You will team with ClickHouse field sellers by providing cloud co-selling best practices, leverage the different incentive programs and build the ecosystem around our customers.
What you will do:
- Execution of day-to-day co-sell between clickHouse and partner field sellers
- Recruit, enable and manage resellers, system integrators (regional and global), OEM and MSP partners
- Ensure that any strategic cloud partner incentives are positioned accurately and used appropriately.
- Proactively engage with partner regional sales reps and partner regional sales leadership.
- Leverage regional-specific demand generation/pipeline building activities in coordination with the ClickHouse Sales team to drive net new pipeline
- Meet and exceed quarterly targets for marketplace and co-sell influenced revenue
What you bring:
- You will have a deep understanding of the Cloud partners processes, programs and know what co-sell success looks like
- Know how to get multi people from multiple teams on board to support your projects
- Think outside-in, how to integrate the ClickHouse GTM into the Partners GTM
- Have experience across sales, marketing and channel preferable with management experience.
- Comfortable working with internal and external executive
- Data driven in understanding the state of the business and support decision making
- A network across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud to help you succeed
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus
New York Area / San Francisco Area - Salary Range
$250,000—$330,000 USD
General US Remote Salary Range
$215,000—$280,000 USD
Los Angeles, CA / Washington, DC - Salary Range
$225,000—$300,000 USD
Seattle, WA - Full Salary Range
$225,000—$300,000 USD
