We’re looking for a Partner Account Lead, Channels & Marketplaces to lead and grow some of our most critical partner relationships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that operational excellence and strong learner outcomes turn into high-leverage partner success and revenue growth.
This is a growth-oriented, partner-facing role that requires both account management strategic and growth tactics. You’ll close new channel and marketplace deals, ensure they are built for long-term success, and then take ownership of the relationship after launch—driving both strategic and revenue expansion.
What You’ll DoIdentify and close new channel partnerships that align with Chegg Skills' mission and drive scalable learner acquisition
Develop and execute partner go-to-market strategies with strategic accounts requiring post-close sales and marketing activities and tactics to be successful
Enable partners with sales materials, training, co-branded messaging, and solution readiness
Manage a growing book of partners, with a focus on activation, retention, and revenue expansion
Coordinate across internal teams (Product, Marketing, Ops, Legal) to operationalize partner agreements
Monitor and optimize partner-influenced pipeline, track KPIs, and forecast channel-driven revenue
Represent Chegg Skills at partner events, conferences, and ecosystem summits
Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances—especially in edtech, workforce development, or SaaS
Comfortable with a sales quota and variable compensation structure; track record of closing new logos through indirect channels
Strong business acumen and storytelling ability—can translate Chegg’s value into partner outcomes
Experience with or interest in skilling, workforce development, and education as a benefit
Familiarity with channel models such as resellers, referral networks, marketplaces
Relationally intelligent: you’re a trusted advisor, coach, and enabler to your partne
Self-starter who can build something new while working cross-functionally to scale impact
Passion for equitable access to education, reskilling and upskilling in the age of AI
Bonus: Familiarity with workforce ecosystem partners; experience working with learners or mission-driven programs that prioritize access and outcomes

Since then, we’ve expanded our offerings to supplement many facets of higher educational learning through Chegg Study, Chegg Math, Chegg Writing, Chegg Internships, Chegg Skills, and more to support students beyond their college experience. These offerings lower financial concerns for students by modernizing their learning experience. We exist so students everywhere have a smarter, faster, more affordable way to student.
