What You’ll Take On

  • Review marketing and sales assets for compliance with legal guidelines and standards
  • Draft, update, and maintain legal marketing resources and guidelines for internal business use
  • Assist with clearance of sweepstakes, contests, and promotional offers, including drafting rules and terms
  • Conduct trademark screening searches; analyze results and draft summaries and recommendations for counsel
  • Assist with game content clearance across games and labels
  • Provide comprehensive review of internal legal review process and provide recommendations for improvement and implement recommended changes

What You Bring

  • Experienced paralegal, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and/or intellectual property. Strong preference given to candidates with in-house experience at an entertainment or tech company
  • Working knowledge of advertising and marketing laws and regulations
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations related to promotions, including sweepstakes and contests
  • Prior experience with content clearance a plus
  • Genuine desire to work in gaming, including mobile, with enthusiasm for the industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong ability to balance multiple matters simultaneously and appropriately prioritize projects
  • Must be a team player with a good sense of humor
