Position Overview: 

The Paid Search Marketing Manager will play a critical role in driving our company's growth by developing and executing high-impact paid search strategies. To excel in this role, you'll need deep, hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a passion for driving revenue and optimizing performance.

This position requires a unique blend of analytical expertise, creativity, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be highly proactive, results-driven, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management

  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting, while optimizing bids to achieve maximum ROI
  • Stay informed on Google Ads policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimal performance
  • Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns based on performance and insights to improve conversion rates and overall efficiency
  • Regularly test and refine ad creatives, audience segments, and bidding strategies

Paid Search Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to scale campaigns and drive sustainable growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search initiatives with broader marketing objectives

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO):

  • Improve conversion rates by continuously testing and optimizing key elements, including ad copy, landing pages, CTAs, and user flows
  • Leverage A/B testing and data-driven insights to refine campaign effectiveness

Data-Driven Decision-Making:

  • Track, measure, and analyze key marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Leverage data insights to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI

Industry & Trend Awareness:

  • Stay informed on the latest paid search trends, tools, and AI advancements to maintain a competitive edge
  • Experiment with emerging search engine advertising platforms and technologies to expand reach

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field
  • 6+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns in B2B SaaS
  • History of managing 6 figure monthly spend
  • Experience managing multiple accounts within an MCC
  • Proven track record of optimizing PPC campaigns to drive revenue growth and improve ROI
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A creative problem-solver with a self-starter mindset and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Google Ads certification is a plus
