ProperExpression is looking for a Paid Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a proven PPC expert with 4+ years of hands-on SEM experience, and strong familiarity with LinkedIn Ads.
ProperExpression is a boutique growth marketing agency servicing SMBs in the B2B and B2C space. We support our clients through a suite of services including inbound marketing, digital advertising, SEO, content production and marketing automation.

Direct Experience:
- 4+ years of advertising / paid media experience.
- Mastery of Paid Search, especially Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Extensive experience with Google’s marketing suite of products, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google My Business, Tag Manager, etc.
- Mastery of Paid Social – Specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Meta Ads experience is optional but preferred
- Proficiency with display advertising and programmatic advertising
- Mastery of Excel / Google Sheets – Vlookups, Pivot tables, the works.
- Ability to manage ad creation in close collaboration with the creative team.
- Experience with CRO and landing page optimization.
- Intimate knowledge of analytics.
- B2B Advertising Experience.
- Keeps up-to-date on the latest technologies and advertising techniques/trends.
- Ability to be hands-on with tactics and campaign execution, while also driving and communicating high-level strategy.
Job Responsibilities
- Craft growth strategy for clients and lead advertising accounts.
- Work closely with clients, account managers, and other internal personnel to conceptualize, plan and execute advertising campaigns.
- Create and manage ad campaigns, budgets, bids, etc.
- Manage all pieces involved in running an ongoing successful advertising campaign: strategic, creative, copywriting, reporting and data analytics.
- Lead and manage the relationship with the external PPC agency team
- Build reports, communicate progress to clients, and incorporate findings into future campaigns and best practices.
