About Nonary Nova
The tools that actually work in trading — institutional-grade scanners, quantitative models, dedicated analysts — have always been locked behind six-figure subscriptions or a seat on a Wall Street desk. We built Nonary Nova to change that.

Nonary Nova is a quantitative trading intelligence platform built for serious retail traders. Our proprietary N.N. Scan Engine continuously monitors the market for high-probability setups across stocks and options, filtering by momentum, volume, price action, and sector conditions. When a setup meets our criteria, users receive an instant alert with an AI-generated entry price, stop loss, and price target — the kind of signal that used to require an entire research desk.

At the center of the platform is Ella, our conversational AI analyst. Ella goes beyond alerts — she can analyze any stock on demand, explain exactly why a setup was flagged, review a user’s existing positions, and walk through the reasoning behind every recommendation in plain English, in real time. She connects directly to users’ Robinhood accounts via SnapTrade, giving them a live portfolio view alongside Nonary Nova’s signals so they can act without switching apps.

We are a small, fast-moving fintech team. There is no bureaucracy, no layers — everyone here has direct impact. If you want to sell something you can genuinely believe in, at the intersection of AI, finance, and real-time systems, this is the opportunity.

The Role
We are looking for driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representatives to grow Nonary Nova’s subscriber base. Your job is to get the right people in front of the product — active retail traders, day traders, swing traders, options traders, prop firm traders, and high-net-worth individuals who are serious about their edge in the market.

This is a 100% commission-based, outside sales role. You will prospect face-to-face at industry events, through direct B2B outreach, and by building authority within active trading communities. You are not a cold caller reading from a script — you are a credible peer who understands the product, believes in the mission, and can walk a serious trader through a live demo and close.

The position can be worked remotely or on a hybrid basis, with a geographic focus on financial hubs including Boston, MetroWest, Greenwich, and New York City.

What You’ll Own
Premium Event Prospecting. Attend regional quantitative trading summits, FinTech conferences, alternative investment expos, chamber of commerce elite events, charity galas, and high-end networking mixers. You will move in the same rooms as high-net-worth individuals and family office decision-makers and position yourself as a peer — not a vendor.

Direct B2B Outreach to Prop Shops & Small Funds. Use LinkedIn to identify Managing Partners, Risk Officers, and Head Traders at boutique trading shops and hedge funds in your area. Your approach is consultative: request an in-person coffee or lunch, run a 10-minute live demo, and let the product speak for itself.

Community Building & Educational Events. Host invite-only masterclasses on quantitative execution and risk management at local co-working spaces or private meeting rooms. Attend local investor meetups and trading clubs. Position yourself not as a salesperson, but as an expert giving serious traders access to infrastructure they couldn’t get before.

Pipeline Management. Track all prospect interactions and maintain an organized pipeline. Report activity and results regularly.

Your Compensation
This is a residual income opportunity. You earn 25% of the gross margin for every subscriber you refer — and you keep earning that commission every single month for as long as they remain subscribed. There is no cap and no expiration.

Our subscriptions are billed weekly through the App Store across three tiers. Commission rates are negotiable for high-volume partners.

Every subscriber you close compounds your monthly income. The more you build, the more you earn — every single month.

What We’re Looking For
You are a hunter and a closer. You are comfortable walking into a room full of serious professionals and holding your own. You understand that the best sales conversations feel like expert consultations, not pitches. Specifically, we are looking for someone who brings the following:

Experience & Background. Proven experience in a commission-driven sales role, ideally in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or a related field. Prior exposure to trading, investing, or the retail finance space is a significant advantage — you do not need to be a quant, but you need to be able to speak credibly to traders.

Prospecting Ability. You know how to find the right people. Whether that means working a room at a FinTech summit, identifying a Head Trader on LinkedIn, or building a local community of active investors, you have the instincts and the work ethic to generate your own pipeline.

Communication & Presence. You carry yourself with professionalism and integrity in high-end environments — galas, golf clubs, boardrooms, and coffee meetings alike. You can explain a complex product simply, run a compelling live demo, and close without pressure.

Self-Direction. This role has no manager looking over your shoulder. You set your schedule, manage your pipeline, and drive your own results. You are motivated by uncapped earning potential and the freedom that comes with it.

Technical Comfort. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Comfortable using LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach.

Requirements
    •    Proven track record in sales, preferably in a commission-only or performance-driven environment
    •    Strong prospecting and lead generation skills across in-person, digital, and community channels
    •    Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
    •    Comfortable operating in professional, high-end networking environments
    •    Familiarity with trading, investing, or financial technology is strongly preferred
    •    Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and pipeline independently
    •    Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn outreach
    •    18 years of age or older

Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
