What does a successful Outside Sales Representative do at Fiserv?

Join our innovative field sales team to empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) with our groundbreaking solutions. Collaborate with Community Financial Institutions (CFI) to introduce Clover, our award-winning point-of-sale solution. Help revolutionize merchant business operations with Clover from Fiserv

What you will do:

  • Travel within the greater Norfolk area, collaborating with Financial Institutions to introduce Clover to merchants.
  • Proactively generate leads in a dynamic business-to-business environment by leveraging partnerships and other referral sources.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and expand portfolios through strategic consulting and relationship management.
  • Uphold the highest ethical standards, fostering genuine connections with clients and colleagues alike.

What you will need to have:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • 3+ years of sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience cold-calling and independently sourcing leads.

What would be great to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience in a results-driven, sales environment, preferably with small to medium-sized clients.
  • Proven experience creating and managing COIs/Referral relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise effective pipeline-building strategies that drive revenue growth.

Must reside in the Norfolk Viginia area
