  • A Local Hunter: Based in the greater Grand Rapids, MI metro area, hungry to hunt new logos and develop long-term accounts.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Business: Identify, prospect, and close new client opportunities across your assigned territory.
  • Manage & Grow Accounts: Build multi-level relationships with existing clients to maximize account value.
  • Consult & Quote: Serve as a product expert—presenting solutions, building quotes, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Partner with Production: Work directly with our five manufacturing facilities (WI, OH, KY, MN, NC) to ensure seamless fulfillment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Six-month training period. Must be willing to relocate to Milwaukee, WI, for training, or a combination of home and traveling to Milwaukee for the duration of training.  
  • Upon completion of the minimum 6-month training program in Milwaukee, you will be in-person, driving to visit customers during the workday inside your home territory. You will be home in the evenings.
  • Valid US driver's license, personal vehicle, great driving record, and insurable.
  • Computer Literacy Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to travel almost daily within your territory for face-to-face client contact.
  • Relevant prior outside sales experience or recent graduate with a Sales-focused degree.
  • Strong negotiation and listening skills.
  • As this is NOT a remote position, the candidate must live within the Western MI metro area, Grand Rapids is an example central location within this territory.
