Our Boston location is searching for a stellar addition to our Account Executive team. We’re looking for someone who is hungry (pun intended!), scrappy, and results focused. The right candidate will thrive in a fast paced, exciting environment, and enjoy the thrill of achievement that comes from successful phone-based and in-person sales activity. We’re counting on you to use your work ethic and sales skills to increase Peach’s order volume and revenue base.

The Account Executive team is a crucial part the company. This team leverages key enterprise contacts and works with current accounts to not only maintain relationships, but also increase revenue by expanding existing services and introducing new ones. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a great sales team at a growing startup where your impact is significant every day.
 

Responsibilities

  • Reach or exceed monthly order volume goals
  • Hustle and use various online tools to source and qualify prospects (companies and employees) for Peach to serve
  • Leverage both phone activity and in person meetings to achieve maximum sales efficiency
  • Confidently and clearly communicate our service’s benefits to key stakeholders at these target companies
  • Work closely with Inside Sales Account Executives at Peach HQ to close sales
  • Document all activities in our CRM and customizable call tracking software

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of related account executive experience as a closer, consistently exceeding sales goals
  • Unparalleled communication in-person and on the phone, paired with great listening skills
  • Self-directed, tenacious and eager to work through roadblocks
  • The ability to execute on a sales process, while maintaining the curiosity to learn and experiment with new strategies
  • Willing and able to take and implement coaching
