As an Outbound SMB Sales Specialist, you’ll drive revenue by connecting with small business prospects in health, wellness, and beauty. You’ll lead with curiosity, close with confidence, and help business owners unlock the full potential of Mindbody’s tools, one call at a time.
- Own the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, for single-location prospects.
- Make high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social touches to generate leads and build relationships.
- Consult with prospects to understand their needs and match them with the right Mindbody solutions.
- Deliver compelling software demos and communicate value clearly.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in Salesforce.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Stay sharp on product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Represent Mindbody at events and trade shows as needed.
- 1–3 years in a closing sales role, ideally SaaS or tech, with a strong track record.
- Comfortable cold calling and skilled at overcoming objections.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, familiar with APIs, SaaS, or cloud-based platforms.
- Confident presenter with strong organization and multitasking skills.
- Experience or passion for the wellness industry is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce.

For this role, the base salary in the United States is $55,000 - $59,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) between $85,000 and $95,000 annually. Total compensation may also include uncapped commissions, benefits, and additional performance-driven incentives.
