We are looking for talented professionals in marketing, operations, customer support, and other departments. The roles offered may be on-site, remote, or hybrid, in collaboration with our local partner.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships in the crypto OTC market with large institutions like Family Offices, Banks, Exchanges, Brokers, VC’s, Hedge Funds, Propriety Trading firms and Ultra-HNW individual clients.
  • Work closely with clients on building customized trade strategies and manage execution of OTC trading orders (on/off ramp, block trading etc).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement processes.
  • Provide market insights, investment ideas, and tailored trading strategies to attract new clients and expand OTC trading business.
  • Coordinate client onboarding with compliance team, quote and trade with client under company risk management policies.

Requirement:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in on/off ramp OTC trading either from a crypto exchange or an independent OTC desk;
  • Proven track record in building and managing multicultural relationships with institutional and Ultra HNW individual clients;
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive trading environment.
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Haves

  • Understanding of local and international trading regulations (e.g., MiCA, MAS guidelines, or SEC regulations).
  • Knowledge of how markets function, including order types, trading venues, and execution strategies.
  • Fluency in additional languages for interacting with diverse clients.
