Primary Purpose
This role will collect, analyze and manage injury and safety data related to Safety, OSHA, and environmental, social and goverance (ESG). Role will be responsible for establishing process to review associate injury claims to ensure accuracy related to OSHA and ESG reporting and partner with the Workers Compensation, Safety and Risk Management teams to ensure OSHA and ESG reporting accuracy. Position will also be responsible for developing and communicating results utizing Microsoft Windows Suite, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint or similar systems.
Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities• Responsible for analyzing and auditing OSHA recordkeeping information in the claims management system to ensure associate injury claims are recorded properly from an OSHA and ESG standpoint.• Reviewing associate injury claims data related to OSHA recordability including lost and restricted days to ensure claims are properly recorded in the claims enterprise system.• Tracking changes and providing feedback and training to the Workers Compensation team related to OSHA recordability.• Develop and maintain Standard Practice Training Aids and Procedures related to injury reporting.• Manage and maintain OSHA, Environmental and regulatory inspection and activity database including internal reporting related to regulatory activity.• Developing Safety reporting tools and analyzing data utilizing Microsoft Windows Suite, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint or similar systems and distributing reports and information to applicable business partners.• Responsible for monitoring OSHA and ESG reporting standards to determine applicability of new standards and training Risk Management and Safety related to those new or revised standards that affect OSHA and ESG reporting.• Developing and communicating reports for the US and Global Risk Committee and other leadership.• Managing United States and Global Safety SharePoint sites.• Developing leadership reports and tools related to OSHA, ESG, Safety and Environmental.• Other tasks as defined by Manager.
Basic Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Suite, Power BI, Power Apps and SharePoint.• Ability to maintain confidentially• HIPPA knowledgeable• Good analytical and communication skills• Attention to detail• Organization & Planning• Strong oral and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications• Knowledge of OSHA Rule for Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses (the Recordkeeping rule, 29 CFR Part 1904).• Two to Four years of experience in safety and/or workers compensation.• Knowledge of safety, medical, legal, insurance and claims terminology.
ME/NC/PA/SC Salary Range: $75,040 - $112,560
IL/MA/MD Salary Range: $86,320 - $129,480
