The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Manager in Solventum’s Dental Solutions, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
•    Exceeding Division Sales forecasts for assigned Key Accounts by developing, coordinating, communicating, and executing the sales and merchandising programs tied to division strategies
•    Acts as a liaison between Key Accounts, National Accounts and all associated functions within Solventum Dental Solutions.
•    Analyzes market spaces, sales data, market information and competitive entries to customize programs. Aligns assigned accounts business models to drive growth and market share gain
•    Develops and executes Key Account business plans that encompass all assigned businesses and aligns Division expectations down to the local level
•    Manages and executes on division deviated pricing programs to drive profitable market share growth. Communicates and utilizes salesforce to drive effective program execution
•    Works with Emerging DSOs, OSOs, Large Group Practices, Strategic Accounts

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
  • Five (5) years of combined experience in orthodontic industry experience in sales, national accounts, key accounts, marketing, and/or sales management in a private, public, government or military environment. 
  • Current, Valid Driver’s license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Previous experience calling on strategic accounts
  • Prefer Dental & Orthodontic experience
  • Experience and success with distributed sales model
  • Data analytic skills
  • Proficient in managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and achieved consistent results in a team environment
  • Proven management and ability to tailor tactics to strategies involving demand generation

Work location:

  • Remote

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic

Relocation Assistance: May be Authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
