Role Description

This is a full-time Organizational Psychologist role with MedTourEasy. As an Organizational Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting job analyses, utilizing analytical skills, and designing and implementing training and development programs. You will also play a key role in providing psychological testing and assessments to support organizational decision-making and employee well-being.

This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility to work both in our New Delhi office and remotely.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct job analyses

  • Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs

  • Knowledge of psychology principles and practices

  • Proficiency in conducting psychological testing and assessments

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology or related field

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
