What you will do

The Organizational Learning & Analytics Lead is responsible for driving strategic initiatives across global learning platforms, compliance systems, and analytics tools. This role leads complex, cross-functional projects that enhance organizational capability, streamline processes, and integrate enterprise systems to support a high-performing, data-driven learning culture.

Global Project Management:

  • Lead global project management and strategic oversight of all enterprise training initiatives, encompassing over 350 professional development programs, 437 compliance training modules, and the operational handling of 3,000+ monthly study-specific training tickets and 900+ non-study training requests

  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of learning operations, including platform administration (LMS, Workday), workflow optimization (JIRA), and advanced analytics (Power BI dashboard development). Drive data-informed decision-making through robust training metrics management, ensuring alignment with global business objectives, regulatory compliance, and workforce development goals. Ensure alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations

  • Lead project management, deployment, and evaluation analysis of global talent and training and global compliance initiatives to be deployed across the organization, utilizing existing insights as well as external best practices.  This requires project management of design, development, and management of each individual project plan, timelines, and follow-up to ensure high-quality, on-track, and within-budget programs

System Integration & Innovation:

  • Oversee the integration and optimization of learning and compliance platforms, including the rebuild of the compliance platform in partnership with Educe and internal process improvement teams. Collaborate with the HRIS team to ensure seamless connectivity with Workday and other enterprise systems.  Workday, LMS Saba, PowerBI, JIRA system harmonization

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Led strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across global learning and compliance functions, encompassing over 50 Fixed-Term Contractors (FTCs) and multiple cross-functional departments. Spearheaded the identification, design, and implementation of scalable process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights from focus groups and stakeholder feedback

  • Optimize system workflows and reporting mechanisms by streamlining integrations with key enterprise systems, including HRIS, IT, and Data Warehouse platforms. Champion continuous improvement methodologies to refine training delivery processes and ensure seamless external data exchange

  • Develop and institutionalize best practices to drive consistency, scalability, and an enhanced user experience across global training programs. Key initiatives include:

    • Leading enterprise-wide transformation projects focused on professional development, process efficiencies and automation, and compliance training

    • Driving the adoption of new tools and technologies to support global learning strategies

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Serve as the principal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and strategic liaison among HRIS, Data Management, IT, and enterprise analytics teams to architect and deliver advanced analytics solutions. Leverage platforms such as Power BI and Jira to design, implement, and optimize data-driven reporting frameworks that support organizational decision-making and performance tracking

  • Brief leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on program architecture, key insights, and measurable impact, translating complex data into actionable intelligence. Drive alignment between analytics initiatives and broader business objectives, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and continuous innovation in reporting capabilities

Platform Strategy & Governance

  • Provide end-to-end ownership of the governance, optimization, and continuous evolution of enterprise learning and compliance platforms, including BetterUp, Busuu, JIRA, SurveyMonkey, and Percipio. Define and execute platform strategy to align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and emerging business needs

  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment. Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to evaluate new capabilities, drive adoption, and enhance the employee experience through innovative digital learning ecosystems

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Serve as a key liaison between HR, IT, compliance, and business leaders to align learning technology initiatives with organizational priorities

  • Support, draft, and manage talent communications across various projects, ensuring proper overlap, messaging quality, and timeliness are met/exceeded

  • Partner with Marketing to support branding and internal communications.

  • Partner with the HRIS Team to provide regular progress updates, transformation, and reporting, including presenting on program design to various stakeholders.  Ensure seamless technology tool innovation to provide solutions for enhanced data insights, using systems like Workday, JIRA, PBI, BetterUp, Busuu, Survey Monkey, the LMS system etc.

  • Work across broader work-streams and multiple global stakeholders and regions to understand, identify, and analyze dependencies on the talent and compliance process connected to all talent and performance initiatives

What you will bring to the role

  • Proven expertise in program management at a global level

  • Understanding L&D, talent management, and compliance processes and programs worldwide

  • Proven experience managing global, cross-functional projects

  • Strong background in system integration and platform implementation

  • Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Jira)

  • Familiarity with Workday, JIRA, PBI, and other HRIS/LMS platforms, identifying and leveraging resources, working with virtual teams, and influencing others to deliver shared outcomes

  • -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to influence seniors and work closely with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Your experience

  • Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related discipline

  • 7 years’ experience in Human Resources, Talent Management

  • Experience in Workday, PowerBI and an LMS system required
