 Why Us

NewRocket is an AI-driven, ServiceNow Global Elite Partner, delivering solutions that revolutionize the world of work.  We are a leading global technology strategy, design, and enterprise operations partner to public and private sector clients.  We work with some of the world’s biggest brands, bridging the gap between what customers expect and what their technology can deliver.  We are “Raising the Bar” in delivering technology’s promise to create new kinds of experiences for our customers.

 Role Overview

NewRocket is establishing a Strategic Consulting delivery unit focused on Adoption, Organizational Change Management (OCM), and Value Measurement to ensure every ServiceNow deployment delivers sustained business outcomes. The Director, Adoption Consulting is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and operating this capability through a hybrid workforce model that combines expert consultants with AI‑powered enablement and analytics.

This leader will redefine how adoption, training, and change are delivered—moving from labor‑intensive, bespoke approaches to repeatable, AI‑enabled, outcome‑driven solutions embedded directly into Advisory Consulting and/or ServiceNow delivery.

  • Establish standard playbooks, methods, and success metrics for adoption and change enablement

Delivery & Client Impact

  • Serve as executive advisor to client sponsors on adoption, behavior change, and value realization
  • Embed adoption and OCM into ServiceNow delivery from qualification through post‑go‑live
  • Ensure adoption strategies are tied to measurable business outcomes, not just training completion

AI‑Enabled Enablement & Training

  • Own the design of AI‑powered training and enablement pipelines using workshop recordings, transcripts, and solution artifacts
  • Collaborate with our AI COE to ensure alignment and compliance with corporate AI strategy and security
  • Partner with AI platforms (such as/but not limited to Copilot, LLMs, HeyGen, Descript/VEED) to generate role‑based training, micro‑learning, and change communications at scale
  • Shift training from one‑time events to continuously updated, in‑context learning assets

Value & Adoption Measurement

  • Define leading and lagging adoption indicators aligned to ServiceNow KPIs
  • Partner with analytics teams to operationalize dashboards and executive value reporting
  • Use adoption and value data to inform optimization and expansion recommendations

People & Organizational Leadership

  • Lead a lean, high‑impact team of adoption, OCM, and enablement specialists
  • Coach consultants to operate as strategic advisors, not just change practitioners
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow delivery, sales, and COEs to ensure alignment and consistency

Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years in adoption, OCM, transformation, or consulting leadership roles
  • 5+ years experience with ServiceNow workflow platform
  • Deep experience supporting large‑scale technology or platform transformations
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders (COO, CIO, business leaders)
  • Strong understanding of digital adoption, behavioral change, and value realization concepts
  • Experience leveraging or designing AI‑enabled delivery models is strongly preferred

Why This Role Matters

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, delivery, AI innovation, and value realization. The Director, Adoption Consulting will play a critical role in differentiating NewRocket as an Elite ServiceNow Partner that not only implements technology—but ensures it works, scales, and delivers measurable value.

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
