We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-minded Organic Social Manager to lead Everlywell’s organic social channels—building them into engines for brand love and customer acquisition. You’ll be responsible for growing our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms through high-performing, brand-aligned content.

You’ll also lead our influencer and creator program, forging authentic partnerships and collaborating with talent to extend our reach and drive measurable results.

This role is ideal for someone who not only thrives behind the strategy—but is comfortable in front of the camera, too. If you’re a social-native self-starter who can ideate, script, shoot, and post as a solo creator when needed, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the organic social strategy across key platforms, focused on audience growth, engagement, and acquisition
  • Plan and publish platform-native content that balances storytelling with performance objectives
  • Own the social calendar, managing a mix of evergreen, timely, UGC, campaign, and experimental content
  • Collaborate with brand, growth, and creative teams to align organic social with broader marketing efforts
  • Track and report on KPIs that show how organic social contributes to business outcomes (e.g., traffic, assisted conversions, community quality)
  • Manage the influencer and creator program—from sourcing and outreach to briefing and content optimization; leverage platforms like “Aspire” and “First Collab” to source and manage “microinfluencers” and content creator campaigns
  • Stay on top of trends, sounds, platform shifts, and cultural moments to keep Everlywell’s content timely and relevant
  • Engage with our audience directly, building trust and a sense of community through replies, reposts, and UGC
  • Act as a creator yourself when needed—ideating, filming, editing, and posting content from the Everlywell brand POV
  • Build scalable playbooks and systems for repeatable growth, creative testing, and influencer collaborations

You Bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience managing organic social channels for a consumer brand
  • Deep knowledge of social platform best practices (especially TikTok, Instagram Reels)
  • Proven track record of using organic social to drive measurable growth—not just engagement
  • Experience running or supporting an influencer/creator program with performance goals
  • Strong writing and content development skills with a platform-native tone
  • Analytical mindset—you know how to measure success and optimize for performance
  • Comfort collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, iterative environment
  • A love of content, culture, and testing new ideas quickly
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach

Bonus If You:

  • Are a confident on-camera creator who can produce content independently when needed
  • Have hands-on content creation or video editing experience (CapCut, Adobe, Canva, etc.)
  • Have worked in health, wellness, or mission-driven consumer brands
  • Are fluent in AI tools for content creation

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
